It’s clear Trump has assembled some of the greediest, evil, unlawful, and despicable people in the country to serve as his closest advisors and cabinet members, but at the top of this sad list is Steve Miller, one of Trump’s top apparatchiks.

Miller has served in both Trump administrations as the extreme right-wing, ideological furnace behind Trump’s anti-immigration, America First policies. He has been the White House deputy chief of staff for policy and the United States homeland security advisor since 2025. Few in the cabinet are as zealous as Miller in executing his perverted, Medieval, Aryan, America First vision for the nation.
In a recent speech at Charlie Kirk’s memorial service, Miller used Nazi talking points and verbiage to call for destroying his and America’s “enemies”, by which he means Democrats, liberals, and leftists. Trump used the same hate-filled language, telling the audience that he hates his enemies, meaning Democrats, leftists, and liberals. This contrasted with the message from Kirk’s widow that she had forgiven her husband’s killer.
However, Miller is a deeply conflicted and troubled person. When Trump leaves office, many of his closest advisors will be prosecuted for crimes, and Miller would be at the top of the list.
It must be a sad story of how Miller, a wimpy kid from Santa Monica, California, developed his contrarian, anti-immigrant views, especially when his ancestors were immigrants from Belarus. Miller delivered prejudiced speeches at his high school, and, unfortunately, his classmates did not administer a kinetic lecture to him behind the dumpster. If they did, history would be different. But that apparently did not happen, so Miller went on to feed his prejudices.
Miller served as an aide and ideological twin to Republican Alabama Senator Jeff Sessions, who, in 2016, held a Senate hearing where he tried to assert that immigrants with valid documentation were bad for America. Sessions also had a spotty record on integration and equal rights. Later, Miller worked to influence the coverage of Breitbart News, providing links to the far-right website VDARE and the white-supremacist online-only magazine American Renaissance to Breitbart editors, according to Wikipedia.
What Becomes of a Neo-Nazi Like Miller?
So, what does a 40-year-old right-wing cheerleader do for the rest of his life once he leaves office?
Here are a few possibilities:
- Miller is a persona non grata in most mainstream political circles. If he wanted to find work, he would have to work with another wealthy Trump supporter, such as Elon Musk (who already employs his wife), or one of the many billionaires who own privately held companies, or right-wing groups, like the CATO Institute, the divisive Republican Jewish Coalition, or the Federalist Society. The American Nazi Party could hire him, but they don’t have the budget, nor would they want a Jewish man on their staff, since it would show their tepid enforcement of racial purity. Miller could find employment from a semi-secret fund or corporation, but his management skills will not be required, since he lacks them.
- Miller might find work in the revamped Paramount and Skydance Media network if MAGA Republican billionaire Larry Ellison and his son, David, need help in building right-wing programming for the network. Miller could work on episodes of a new series, “Little Detention Camp on the Prairie,” an ICE version of the classic “Kidnapped,” a right-wing version of “All in the Family,” and a cooking show featuring the favorite recipes of the late William Calley, who led the infamous My Lai Massacre. All of these would be fresh takes on prejudice, forced imprisonment, discrimination, and state-sponsored thuggery.
- Miller could move to another autocratic nation, such as Hungary, Myanmar, North Korea, or Afghanistan. If he wanted an Oriental twist, there is always China, but they already have a few Ministers of Propaganda. In the U.S., he could find a home in red states, like Oklahoma, Texas, or Idaho, home to many white nationalist groups. But in the U.S., he would be shunned by many.
- He could work for Trump in the private sector as Director of Human Resources. His people skills would likely fit well within the Trump organization, provided the corporation does not violate U.S. discrimination laws.
- Miller would have to find work as a consultant or advisor, since he does not fit into a traditional corporate structure that has a working Human Resources Department that has to comply with federal anti-discrimination guidelines. After all, discrimination and hatred are Miller’s expertise, but that would not work if the corporation has women, minorities, people with disabilities, or people from other nations. Still, if he found work in a right-wing corporation, such as the one run by the pillow man, Mike Lindell, a former addict, who had “a significant role in supporting and financing Trump’s attempts to overturn the election result, and spread disproven conspiracy theories about widespread electoral fraud in that election.[10][14] He has also promoted unproven medical treatments for COVID-19,” according to Wikipedia. If Miller was the HR director for the Pillow Man, he could deliver a helluva rousing speech at the company picnic.
- Finally, Miller should also study the life of Daniel Burros, since the two extremists have a lot in common.
Secret Past: New York KKK leader Dan Burros, center, killed himself after his Jewish heritage was revealed in a groundbreaking New York Times story.
Burros, according to the Jewish Currents, was an American Nazi and Ku Klux Klan leader, who committed suicide with a gun on Oct. 31, 1965, at age 28, after the fact that he was Jewish was exposed by the New York Times. Burros attended Hebrew school in Richmond Hill, Queens, and became a bar mitzva on March 4, 1950. He reportedly had an IQ of 154.” Burros was obviously a distraught man and the epitome of the self-hating Jew.
Miller is also the same, as evidenced by his rabid, pro-Nazi speech at the ceremony for the murdered Charlie Kirk, when he delivered a speech straight from the Nazi archives.
Miller is 40 years old, so there is still time to learn from the lessons in the Burros story.
